February 7th 2021. We looked at Jesus calming the storm

The Craft Challenge was to share something that helps you calm down.

People shared some great ideas, from listening to Bob Marely, to having a pet, to writing down our thoughts. 

​

We thought how Jesus brought calm to the storm on the lake. We shared a poem based on the story. You can read it here. We remembered that we can ask him to bring calm into our lives too.

 

Dave and Elaine shared a wonderful song called 'Hallelujah'. They reminded us that singing can be a good way to calm down. You can listen to this song by clicking on the video.
